The mode of delivery is either fully online or blended learning where some face to face classes are conducted at IBES centres outside France. For the Hong Kong Center, these programmes are delivered fully online.
The Universidad Católica de Murcia (UCAM), also known as Universidad Católica San Antonio, is a private university located in Murcia in south-eastern Spain. This French state recognized TESOL programme is designed for those intending to teach English to learners.. Upon successful completion, graduates will also be awarded a state certified TESOL qualification that is registered by France Compétences Répertoire Spécifique, enhancing their employability and professional standing within the international TESOL education sector. This programme provides a valuable pathway for individuals seeking to embark on rewarding careers as TESOL teachers.
The Mastère TESOL programme is designed to give learners mastery in the academic disciplines and applied functional areas critical for success in teaching English to speakers of other languages. Specifically, the programme is made up of 5 modules of 12 ECTS credits each (Total 60 ECTS).
The normative programme duration is 6 months, 750 hours.
Assessment methods include construction of a portfolio, teaching demonstration and oral defense
Prior to certification assessment, students are required to provide proof of having passed a C1 level of English proficiency demonstrated by a standardized English language test. Candidates holding a degree taught entirely in English may be considered to have met the C1 proficiency requirement, subject to review and confirmation. Otherwise, candidates may obtain the necessary certification by taking an ESOL assessment.
